By accessing or using ProcessWatch (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
ProcessWatch is a secure, cloud-based SaaS platform developed and operated by ProcessWatch Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The platform organizes and analyzes system alerts received via email from customer environments. ProcessWatch does not install software agents or connect directly to any customer systems or networks.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
All data transmitted to the Service remains your property. ProcessWatch Technologies, LLC acts solely as a processor of data received via email. We may aggregate and anonymize usage data to improve platform performance and reliability, but we do not sell or disclose individual customer data to third parties.
We strive for reliable operation of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly with an annual commitment and auto-renew each year unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
In no event shall ProcessWatch Technologies, LLC, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold ProcessWatch Technologies, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
